Our Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Welkies Logistics maintains a transparent refund policy to protect both the customer and the company.

 

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund will ONLY be issued under the following condition:

  • If the company breaches or fails to fulfill the agreed delivery contract.

 

Examples of company breach include:

  • Loss of goods due to negligence

  • Damage caused directly by company mishandling

 

1.2Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • The customer violates any company policy

  • Goods are confiscated due to prohibited or illegal items

  • Shipment is delayed due to customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, or any force majeure event

  • The customer submits falsified information, undervalues goods, or hides restricted/illegal items

  • The customer fails to provide a payment receipt

 

1.3 Refund Processing

  • All refund requests must be accompanied by an official BrightView receipt

  • Eligible refunds may take 7–14 business days to process

 

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction.
